How fast will my order arrive?

Every order leaves our warehouse within 24 hours, and it usually arrives in around 4–8 days. From October to December it can take a little longer, because that's when everyone orders at once. Thanks for your patience if yours is one of them.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver to all EU countries and the UK. Shipping within the EU is free.

How do returns work?

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. It needs to be unworn, with the tags still on.

At the bottom of every page in the shop there's a link called “Withdraw from contract”. Fill in your name, order number and email, choose whether you're sending back everything or just some items, and confirm. You'll get a confirmation and then the instructions for sending it back.

How does paying with Klarna work?

Choose Klarna at checkout and pick a plan. Depending on your country, you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments or pay the full amount within 30 days, with no extra fees on those two. Which options you see depends on your country and on Klarna's approval, which includes a credit check.

Which other payment methods can I use?

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS, MB WAY, MobilePay, Satispay and Union Pay. Which ones show up at checkout can depend on your country.

Are there any discounts?

Two. If you sign up to our emails you get MAY10, 10% off your first order. And if you add a second cardigan in the shop, that one is 30% off (€66.90 instead of €95.90).
